Yup! The avatars are 100% customizable and you can even add your own accessories in Unity. There's a bunch of tutorials on YouTube since VTubers are gaining popularity. I recommend checking those out if you're interested~
I might have to grab it. It reminds me of a simpler character creation system using MMD models and textures. MMD of course was huge back in the day. Is it just for making models or can you also animate with it?
